Activating these pathways clears blockages, supports the healing and restoration of body functions, and induces a profound relaxation. Through the application of gentle pressure and an emphasis on the body’s own healing potential, we can unwind imbalances caused by injury and unhealthy patterns to ease pain, reduce stress, and find resources at the core of our being. Acupressure and Craniosacral are clothed modalities: please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
