COVID-19 has required us to adapt how we deliver services. We now offer both in-person acupuncture and telehealth. We will continue to evolve and grow and remain committed to providing the most accessible care we can.

Bodywork Room Rentals
Our treatment room is ideal for massage therapy, bodywork, energy medicine, Reiki, Rolfing, Feldenkrais, Shiatsu, cranio-sacral work, etc. Note: Because we are committed to the community acupuncture model, rooms are not available to private acupuncturists. LOCATION
Located on the ground floor at 1229 Solano Ave in Albany, a few blocks from the Berkeley line. Lot's of shops nearby and plentiful foot traffic. There is 90 minute parking on our block on Solano Ave and all day parking on Evelyn Ave (except for street sweeping once a month on Wednesdays - look out for signs!)

SPACE
Fully furnished room with a portable massage table and accessories, seating, and shelving units to store supplies. Share our large, light-filled waiting room. Renters are responsible for booking and managing their own clients (but we love referring our patients!) Other shared spaces include two bathrooms (gender neutral, one accessible) and microwave/fridge area. Hi-speed wireless internet throughout building. All utilities included. Masks are required for all staff, renters, and patients/clients.
PERKS
We get lots of inquires from our patients about bodyworkers and love referring to our renters. Many of our past renters have offered complimentary or discounted treatments to our staff which is a great way to make introductions and get those referrals!

We invite you to link to your website from ours and share a greeting with our patients in our monthly newsletter, as well as any future promotions you may wish to offer. Our mailing list is currently ~10k and around 200 people visit our clinic each week! We may share clients, but you are responsible for building your own practice.
We also offer discounts on products from our online and in-store herb dispensary (just you, not your clients).
Rates
Rent is $200 per month if you rent one day per week, with discounts available for multiple days. Access to the rooms are from 8am-8pm on Sunday through Saturday. Month-to-month lease with first month and security deposit required upfront (deposit serves as last months rent).
